Dive a little deeper with these longer, slower sessions, exploring body, breath, meditation and relaxation. Time out where you can just be you.

All levels are very welcome although if you’ve taken a few yoga classes previously you might find you can drop in to the session a little more quickly. Love Sunday

Movement into stillness. Reset and recharge as we head towards the end of the year. Find gratitude for what has passed and let it go. An oh so gentle, ever slowing practice takes us to Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) allowing the mind to rest in conscious relaxation.

You’ll need some props for this session (blocks, bolster, blanket, cushion/pillow) but don’t worry, all can be substituted for household items if you don’t have traditional yoga props.
