I also work closely with other health and wellbeing practitioners to promote overall wellbeing in our clients. If your chiropractor, osteopath or physiotherapist has recommended yoga, I can help by structuring your classes to take into account referral information and to support recovery.
My private teaching includes a number of older clients who have found that a regular yoga practice has helped them to build strength and mobility, improve balance and reduce stiffness and pain. Clients have sometimes initially been concerned that they are not flexible enough to begin yoga however this practice is genuinely open to all, whatever you are working with in your body. All you need is your breath.
Classes generally run weekly but can be fortnightly or monthly in order to meet your own personal objectives and practice. Classes usually take place at my studio in Hove (with parking!) where there are both indoor and outdoor yoga spaces. For existing studio clients who travel frequently, Zoom classes help you maintain your practice when you’re away from home.

If you are looking to begin yoga, I also offer short, private courses to help you understand the basics and build confidence before joining a group class. Beginner packages include your own yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks and yoga belt to keep.
