Working together in this way there is the potential to feel more connected, more free, more calm, more at home in the body. I use those words because they reflect my own experience even though they might seem in some ways contradictory. I can’t describe what your experience might be, but I can help support you in finding out.
My 1:1 teaching includes a number of clients who have found that a regular practice has also helped them to build strength and mobility, improve balance and reduce pain. Clients have sometimes initially been concerned that they are not flexible or fit enough to begin however this practice is genuinely open to all, whatever you are working with in your body.
Classes usually take place at my studio in Hove (with parking!) where there are both indoor and outdoor spaces or online via Zoom, depending on client preference and any prevailing restrictions.
I am also able to offer private classes on a 1:2 basis if you would like to practice with a friend, partner or family member. If you are looking to start your movement and breath practise, I also run short, 1:1 courses to help you explore the basics and build confidence before joining a group class. Beginner packages include your own mat, 2 blocks and belt to keep.
