My group class schedule is below. If you’re new to yoga, you’re very welcome in all classes however you might find the Gentle Yoga class a great place to start. Clicking on the class name will give you more information about that class. I offer lots of options in all classes so you can find what feels best for you. Taking a few 1:1 classes can also help you to get comfortable with the basics before going on to join a group class.

I am not currently offering group studio classes. I hope to be able to restart classes later in 2021. In the meantime all classes continue online via Zoom, see below for schedule and booking.
